Strength Training

Each session will begin with a 60 min workout.
Our 6 sessions will take us through a periodized strength training plan designed to improve strength, mobility, coordination, injury prevention, and ultimately, allow for more time outside doing the things you love. Davis (a coach at Ripple Effect) will have a workout written for when you arrive, and will be present to teach and modify exercises based on your performance goals and body mechanics.

FAQs
So, what will we actually be doing?
Sessions structure will vary based upon what is most alive for each of us. After the workout, each session will very likely include some combination of prompted discussion, coaching, and embodied practice.
What if I can’t make all the sessions?
A few absences is ok, but we want men willing and able to prioritize this group. We ask that you only commit to this group if you can make a minimum of 4/6 sessions.
So, what am I actually paying for?
What's the cost of not living up to your potential in this life? When you enroll in MoD, you are investing in an intentionally crafted process of self-discovery that will help you step into your life, community, and relationships in a deeper and more meaningful way.
*If you show up to the minimum number of sessions and participate thoroughly but do not get your money’s worth, we’ll give you your money back!
Do I need to have strength training experience to participate?
No prior gym or strength training experience is required.
Do you offer scholarship pricing?
We will be offering a scholarship to two participants on an application basis. Email us to inquire about this option.
How many men will there be in the group?
In service of depth, this group is capped at 14 men.
How do I know if this is a good fit for me?
Ultimately, that’s your call. If you’re on the fence and want to know more, reach out to us to set up a time to talk.
