The Vagus Nerve (Breathing & Movement Workshop)

  • Kula Yoga on Main 1201 Main Street Carbondale, CO, 81623 United States (map)

Do you ever find yourself feeling wired and tired? Stressed out and exhausted? It’s very likely that you can improve your ability to rest, recover, and be resilient by caring for your vagus nerve—the primary nerve of the parasympathetic (rest & digest) branch of the nervous system.

In addition to understanding more about this fascinating feature of your physiology, you will learn breathing and movement techniques to care for and stimulate your vagus nerve. No prior experience necessary.
